Over the 4 weeks we will work together and dig deep to figure out the negative emotions that are keeping you feeling stuck. I use a non-invasive and result driven technique that removes the connection between memory and negative emotions. Together we will create healthy new habits to support a more positive mindset. I will make recommendations with specific resources that will support you on your healing journey.
